Almost nothing, and here's the almost.
No cookies, no mailing list, no forms, and nothing that asks who you are. What the site does record is below, all of it, with the reason, checked against the code and against Vercel's own documentation rather than written from memory.
Which pages get read
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the page that sent you, and your country, device type, browser and operating system, so I can tell whether anybody reaches the case studies. It doesn't use cookies or anything stored in your browser, and Cloudflare says it doesn't fingerprint visitors by IP address, browser or anything else.
How fast the pages load
The same Cloudflare script reports how long each page took to load and settle on your device, so I find out when a change has made the site slower. It isn't tied to you either.
A few choices, kept on your device
Which of my two designs you picked, which way you voted in the poll on the earlier designs page, and the motion setting if you change it, are saved in your own browser's storage so they're still there next time. If you use the inclusive.io app in its case study, it keeps its own settings and demo data there too. None of that leaves your device, and clearing this site's data removes it. Nothing on this site sets a cookie.
What I'm listening to
The tablet on the desk shows my Spotify, not yours, and nothing about you goes anywhere near it. It asks my own little server on Cloudflare what I'm playing, and the album art loads straight from Spotify's image server, which sees the request the way any image host does.
The poll on the earlier designs page
If you vote, the same little server adds one to a tally. It keeps two numbers, one for each design, and nothing about who voted. Change your mind and your vote moves rather than counting twice.
The live apps in the case study
The inclusive.io case study runs my app from this site, so it loads nothing from anywhere else. Its design system pages link out to CodeSandbox for the code examples, and only go there if you follow one.

I am, Craig Hawkes, in Hamilton, Scotland. Email the address above to ask what's held about you or to have it removed. The analytics can't tell me who you are, so there's usually nothing to find, and I'll tell you that rather than go quiet. Who else handles the request
Cloudflare hosts the site on Cloudflare Pages, and like any host it handles the requests your browser makes. The little server behind the tablet and the poll runs on Cloudflare too. Cloudflare's own pages say what the analytics above collect, and they're where the detail on this page came from.
